I specialize in EMDR and trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, relational trauma, and nervous system overwhelm. I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns of hypervigilance, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, or difficulty trusting themselves and others.
My approach is holistic and depth-oriented, integrating EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, mindfulness-based CBT, and psychodynamic therapy. Together we explore how your nervous system, past experiences, and inner parts are shaping your present — and we gently work toward greater regulation, clarity, and self-connection.
Many clients come to me feeling trapped in anxious thoughts, overwhelmed by relationships, or disconnected from themselves. Therapy can be a space to slow down, build internal safety, and develop a more compassionate relationship with your inner world.
I am trained in EMDR and currently working toward EMDR certification. Sessions are private pay, offered in person in Oakland and online throughout California.
